Groups enter via Market Street and follow signs to Visitor Experience. Guides/Drivers can collect tickets at the Tour Desk located on the first floor atrium area. Back to top Exclusive Guided Tours Guided Tours Tours are available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian using Guide-U, a portable, wireless listening equipment which allows GUINNESS STOREHOUSE®  staff to conduct live tours even in the most noise-sensitive or crowded areas. Using Guide-U, the group leader switches on the microphone and speaks at a normal level. The guide's voice is then transmitted via radio frequency to visitors in the group. It is picked up by the visitor’s receiver and heard through the headphones/earpiece.  Please confirm if guided tour and language guide is required at time of booking. Subject to availability at time of booking. Audio Guides Free multilingual audio guides are available at GUINNESS STOREHOUSE® in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
