As GUINNESS® Archivist, Eibhlin is responsible for the acquisition, preservation and access to the GUINNESS® Archive collection. The GUINNESS® collection reflects the history of the GUINNESS® brand, company and product from 1759 to the present day and has a wide range of users.

She comes from the Italian Tourism Industry, where she was a destination manager and industry representative for many years.
