LOVELY DAYS LIVE AT THE HOME OF GUINNESS: TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Lovely Days Live at the Home of Guinness event on 23rd, 24th and 25th of May 2025 at St James’s Gate, Dublin 8 (the “Event”) is a strictly over 21s event.
  2. Ticket holders must arrive no later than 8pm on each day of the Event for entry, and must show a valid photo I.D. to confirm their name and age before gaining entry. Right of entry is entirely reserved to the Event organisers, management, and security staff and their say is final.
  3. Ticket holders will enter at James Gate, Thomas Street, Dublin 8, only.
  4. The lead booker must be in attendance at the Event, with a valid ID matching the lead booked name. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  5. Ticket holders must wear closed, sensible shoes to enter the site. No high heeled or open toed shoes are permitted.
  6. Only one small, personal bag, no bigger than A4 size, will be allowed to be brought into the site per person.
  7. There is a zero-tolerance policy on illegal or illicit items at the Event. Bags will be searched on arrival. You may also be subject to a personal search before entry to the Event. If you are in possession of illegal substances or carrying illicit items, they will be confiscated and you will be removed from the Event, and passed over to An Garda Siochana as a result.
  8. Prohibited Item List: Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are not allowed. Bottles, Cans, Selfie sticks, Large Umbrellas, Professional Cameras, Drones, iPads/Tablets, Video Cameras, Audio recording devices, Go-Pros, Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares and High power torches, Large posters (A3+), Large Flags on poles, Belt Chains, Laser Pointers, Megaphones.
  9. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor who in their reasonable opinion is under the influence of alcohol or displaying improper conduct. Their say is final.
  10. Any offensive, abusive or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards Event staff or management, or other patrons, will strictly not be tolerated. Such behaviour will result in removal from the Event, and possible referral to An Garda Siochana.
  11. No alcohol or other liquids are allowed to be brought into the site.
  12. Alcohol or other liquids purchase on-site at the Event will not be allowed to be brought off-site after the Event.
  13. Smoking and vaping is only allowed at specific, designated areas in the site. Ticket holders found smoking or vaping in the main event space will be removed from the site.
  14. Please note that this Event is a cashless event. All major contactless debit and credit cards will be accepted, with chip and pin applying for purchases over €50. Mobile and wearable payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay will also be accepted.
  15. There will be filming and photography at the Event. Ticket holders consent to the use of such images by The Promoter in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with The Promoter and/or any authorised third party.
  16. WARNING – prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.
  17. WARNING - Flashing lights may be used during a performance. People with photosensitive epilepsy (PSE) or other similar condition are advised to exercise reasonable care and judgment in attending the Event.

  19. All proceeds from tickets sales will go towards The Guinness Dublin 8 Community Fund, a commitment from Guinness and Diageo Ireland to donate €1 million over the next 5 years to vital resources to champion projects across education, sustainability and community enhancement initiatives.

CULTURE DATE WITH DUBLIN 8 – HOW TO GAEL: TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Culture Date with Dublin 8: How To Dublin 8 with How To Gael at Guinness Storehouse is a strictly over 18s event. 
  2. Ticket holders must arrive from 8:30 p.m. on May 6th, 2025 for entry, and must show a valid ticket and photo ID (Passport, Garda ID or Driving Licence) to confirm their name and age before gaining entry. Early arrivals will not be permitted entry until 8:30 p.m. 
  3. Last entry is 9:00 p.m. Entry will not be permitted after 9:00 p.m. and tickets will not be transferred or refunded.  
  4. Ticket holders will enter Guinness Storehouse via the main door only. Directions to Guinness Storehouse here. 
  5. The lead booker must be in attendance, with a valid ID matching the lead booked name. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.  
  6. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor who in their reasonable opinion is displaying improper conduct or conduct not in accordance with the visitor conduct policy set out in the standard Guinness Storehouse terms and conditions.  
  7. There will be filming and photography at the event. Ticket holders consent to the use of such images by the promoter in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with The Promoter and/or any authorised third party. 
  8. The Guinness Storehouse is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us at info@guinnessstorehouse.com to ensure that we can accommodate your requirements. 
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or this event with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).  
  10. Ticket holders are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by purchasing a ticket.

MATCHDAY AT THE GUINNESS OPEN GATE BREWERY: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Matchday at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery is a strictly over 18s event.

2. Ticket holders must arrive from 2pm May 4th 2025, for entry, and must show a valid photo ID (Passport, Garda ID or Driving Licence) to confirm their name and age before gaining entry. Early arrivals will not be permitted.

3. Last entry is 3pm. Entry will not be permitted after this time and tickets will not be transferred or refunded.

4. Ticket holders will enter at Guinness Open Gate Brewery via the main door only.

5. The lead booker must be in attendance, with a valid ID matching the lead booked name. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor who in their reasonable opinion is displaying improper conduct or conduct not in accordance with the visitor conduct policy set out in the standard Guinness Storehouse terms and conditions.

7. There will be filming and photography at the event. Ticket holders consent to the use of such images by the promoter in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with The Promoter and/or any authorised third party.

8. Only one small, personal bag will be allowed to be brought into the site per person.

9. We reserve the right to carry out random bag and security searches. Anyone who refuses to consent to such services will be denied entry.
