The home of cocktail exploration and modern Irish whiskey, a visit to the Roe & Co Distillery is truly a unique experience. Located in the former Guinness Power Station — just 500m from the Guinness Storehouse — it is worth a visit just to see this iconic and historic landmark building itself. Waiting inside are experiences that will immerse you in the world of modern whiskey and cocktail making; this is Irish whiskey reimagined.

WELCOME TO THE LIBERTIES
THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE DUBLIN 8
THESE WALLS
The Guinness Storehouse is proud to be part of one of Dublin's most vibrant and historic neighbourhoods, The Liberties. With its dynamic fusion of old and new, Dublin 8 boasts over 800 years of history and remains one of the city’s oldest and most storied areas. Guinness has been woven into the fabric of The Liberties since its beginnings in 1759, employing generations of locals and championing the community. The heartbeat of the area is undoubtedly its people showcased beautifully in our recent campaign; There’s No Place Like Home.
Now, as the Storehouse marks its landmark 25th year, we're excited to unveil These Walls, a multi-phase street art initiative launching on Culture Night in partnership with Dublin City Council, the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), and The Digital Hub.
Phase One brings bold new murals to Thomas Street by Deirdre Breen and Owen de Forge, while Crane Street and Market Street become canvases for site-responsive works from Alice Rekab, Venus Patel, Thaís Muniz, and Farouk Alao with art that's deeply connected to Dublin 8. These Walls is more than an art initiative, it’s a living, co-created celebration of place, memory, and evolving identity, unfolding in the streets and stories of The Liberties.
